An angel kneels
chained in the dark cold night
the moon and stars are his only sight
he once was holy but to his dismay
what he thought was light began to fade
from holy words the crimson came
the shadows grew,
the light did fade
by the end it was night so long was the day
now here he'll stay chained and betrayed
